I’ve tried a lot of different wellness products over the years and most of them end up being something I’m excited about for a week and then completely forget about. Zenax has been different mostly because it’s just so easy to stick with. I take two gummies, they taste genuinely good, and I don’t have to build some complicated routine around them. I originally started taking them during the day because I wanted something that fit into a busy work schedule without making me feel tired, but I’ve also noticed that I really like having them as part of my evening wind-down.
